The City of Delray Beach Human Resources Department is looking for a volunteer to work occasionally on projects within the Human Resources Department, this volunteer would assist with scanning, inputting information into the computer, filing, etc. This would be on an as-need basis, at least once a week.

The Community Caring Center, a local not-for-profit social service organization located in Boynton Beach will be planting their community garden on Sat Sept 6 & 13, 2014 Produce is used for their food pantry, child nutrition education programs, & senior veggie mobile program for frail and elderly shut-ins.. Volunteers will be given community service hours for volunteering 8 AM to Noon, water and brunch provided at noon please bring sunscreen, hats, gloves, and shovels and rakes

Delray medical center accepts teen volunteers from age 14 and up. Applications are available at the information desk located in the lobby of the hospital or can be received via mail by calling (561) 495-3243.
Bethesda hospital accepts volunteers 14-18. You can apply online or pick up an application at the front desk.
The Schoolhouse Museum in Boynton Beach accepts volunteers to assist with guests and running birthday parties.
The Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens seeks volunteers for festivals held throughout the year as well as their summer program.
Students between the ages of 14 to 17 are welcome to volunteer at the Y. Students need to fill out the volunteer application found on the website and attach a student reference. References can only be from a teacher, coach, or pastor/religious leader.
